Provides first medical assistance, especially to women and children.

The dispensary is a primary health care center On the outskirts of the capital city Lomè, run by the sisters of the Ordine di Notre Dame de la Trinité. Is especially aimed at women and children, the weakest sector of the population. In the medical centre, inaugurated in February 2011, women come to give birth, for parental controls, for ecographies, vaccinations for men and women, HIV tests.
Stella Onlus also contributes to paying the salaries of medical and paramedical staff and the medical equipment (including those for the gynecology department, two instruments for the hematology department, etc.).

Stella Onlus also supports the Datcha Hospital, dealing with the most urgent requests from time to time. From setting up a new analysis laboratory to renovating the hospital’s administrative area.
Since 2024, a fund has also been established to support the care of economically disadvantaged people.
In these years the following equipment has been sent to Togo: hospital beds, gynecological beds, anesthesiological appliance with a breathing device, ECG monitor with a pulse rate, blood pressure and O2 saturation; various orthopedic instruments (a drill and a pneumatic saw, screws and plaques); surgical instrumentation, gynecological and urological devices , stitching sutures, masks, sterile gloves, medicines and other items.
